NORAD and Santa

NORAD (the North American Aerospace Defense Command) monitors artificial objects in space, and detects, validates, and warns of attack against North America (USA and Canada) whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, utilizing mutual support arrangements with other commands.

At this time of the year, NORAD also tracks the movement of Santa from the North Pole.

Hello? Diversion of military resources. If NORAD has this extra capacity, then they can have their funding reduced with much needed funds going towards the search for Osama bin Laden and other terrorists.

.........ooooooooOOOOOOOOoooooooo..........

My human was out for much of the day today. He went to Jimmy and Lily's house for a a big Christmas lunch which he told me was delicious. He also gave Jimmy and Lily a cuddle. Not so much Lily who is a bit of a scaredy cat, but she got lots of scratches and even a belly rub. Hmmppphhhh!
