Broadway, another feline

We thought the Lloyd Webber production of Cats was a bit silly and not what TS Elliot had in mind at all, but it played on Broadway and the West End for a long time.

Now comes a new play about an indoor cat called Samantha who wants to be an outdoor cat, and she even talks.
Indoor/Outdoor explores the character of Samantha, a talking housecat who shares her memoirs and feelings about feline and human relationships with her audience.

Indoor - Outdoor
Plays at DR2 Theatre
103 E. 15th St., NYC

See - Playbill

Unfortunately, the cat Samantha is not being played by a feline thespian, but by a human. Dang!

*As always, please check out Cooper and Camilla who always have interesting things to say.

........ooooooooOOOOOOOOoooooooo........

Today was another lazy day, but I did go outside when my human hung out the washing around midday, and again late afternoon when I supervised my human pruning the over-grown quince bush.

That disaster tele-movie called Category 7: The End of the World is on at the moment. I think my human will 'half' watch it (it is really silly) until Abre los Ojos (Open your Eyes), later remade as Vanilla Sky starts, on a different channel.
